Nunkolo woven cloth has many meanings, such as in terms of color, red is a symbol of valor, courage and strength of Nunkolo men. The two motifs found in Nunkolo Weaving are the Buna Makaif motif or hook pattern motif, from a rhombus shape in the middle to the edges.
The rhombus shape in the middle is a central symbol in an environment such as a sonaf or the leader of a kingdom.
Then from the middle to the middle the motif is connected to the other direction which shows the regional leaders and the people are interrelated and connected, not disconnected.
